- Handle complaints and resolve disputes effectively.
- Provide personal assistance and medical attention as needed.
Candidate Profile:A high school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in security/loss prevention or a 2-year degree in Criminal Justice with 2 years of related experience is required. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
