Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the spa to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
- Deliver personalized and genuine service to all guests.
- Ensure safety and security for both spa guests and staff.
- Drive revenue and manage the financial budget effectively.
- Recruit and mentor spa staff to promote professional growth.
- Create and maintain an efficient maintenance program for all spa equipment.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote spa services.
Qualifications:- Three years of experience in spa management at an international standard spa or a 5-star hotel spa is required.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
- Demonstrated operations management and financial acumen are necessary.
- Passion for luxury service and strong leadership skills are critical.
