Job Overview:Holystar Arabia is seeking a Data Entry professional to support production operations by ensuring accurate, timely entry and maintenance of production data. The role plays a key part in monitoring production performance, supporting reporting accuracy, and maintaining reliable records within the ERP system in a switchgear manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter daily production output and corresponding man-hours into the ERP system.
- Update job orders, work orders, and production status in real time.
- Track and record finished goods, rejected items, and rework quantities.
- Report data inconsistencies or errors to supervisors or relevant departments.
- Assist in closing production orders and verifying Bill of Material (BOM) consumption.
Documentation:Maintain accurate and organized records of all production-related activities.
Qualifications and Experience:- Diploma degree (minimum requirement).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar data entry or production support role within a switchgear or manufacturing factory.
- Previous experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Skills and Competencies:- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and problem resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and follow-up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work closely with production teams on the manufacturing floor.
