In this pivotal role, you will drive the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships. Your expertise will guide strategic business plans, oversee sales pipelines, and collaborate with teams for maximum revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead the business cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Manage sales pipelines with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to align business objectives.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports.
  • Train and support the business development team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
