This role offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on operational costs to support cost-efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed cost control records and reports.
- Monitor actual costs versus budget and forecasts, identifying variances and their root causes.
- Prepare cost reports and forecast analysis.
- Provide financial input for project planning and scheduling.
- Monitor procurement activities and contracts to track committed and incurred costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to risk management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client contract requirements regarding cost control.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in cost control in the industrial services sector.
- Proficiency in cost control tools and ERP systems (MS Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
