At Glow Beauty on Demand, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and service. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, controlling, and ordering food and beverages for our esteemed establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, manage, and supervise food and beverage management team members in line with company policies.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and recommend policy changes based on feedback and market conditions.
  • Oversee food and beverage team members, facilities, sales, and costs to maximize departmental profit.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef for the preparation and service of food and beverage products.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with dining facilities supervision and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout all food and beverage areas.
  • Stay informed on trends and practices in the food and beverage industry.
  • Monitor labor and inventory costs, preparing reports to ensure budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for promotions and events.
  • Implement new operating policies and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
