HVAC & Refrigeration Technician who is ready to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per schedule and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure the safe condition of all plant equipment and work areas.
- Comply with JEMS and Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.
- Maintain climate control in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Monitor and adjust system parameters for optimal performance.
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Technical Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least a grade 10 level education with a sound moral background.
- Intermediate competencies in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- 1+ years of experience in a technical department.
