Social Media Specialist to enhance our online presence. This is a hybrid role with remote work and required on-site attendance three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage official social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content through shooting, editing, and copywriting.
- Produce short-form videos aligned with the latest trends.
- Develop a comprehensive monthly content plan, including posting schedules and content types.
- Design professional and consistent posts and stories for social media.
- Monitor engagement, respond to followers, and report on account performance.
- Propose innovative marketing campaign ideas to increase interaction and reach.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Experience in shooting and editing videos.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media analytics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Work Setup:Remote work with mandatory on-site attendance of three days per week for meetings and coordination.
