Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts and audits, and monitor stock levels, reporting shortages or excess.
- Systems & Documentation: Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP system, maintaining proper documentation for all warehouse activities.
- Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor team productivity to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Issue Handling & Reporting: Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and report operational issues proactively to management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Proven experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Experience using ERP systems or inventory software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
