Duties and Responsibilities:- Run daily reports for the Reservations department and operational departments.
- Process new reservations, update existing reservations, and handle advance deposits.
- Respond to reservations inquiries via email within 24 hours.
- Manage special requests and room allocations efficiently.
- Track room availability and monitor the internet reservation system.
- Ensure accurate entry of all guest information and rates.
- Assist in managing guest history and profile systems.
- Handle group reservations and communication with group contacts.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Uphold the standards of safety, security, and emergency procedures.
