Your expertise will enhance operational efficiency, build strong supplier and customer relationships, and uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and contribute to the overall division and KSA business unit strategy.
- Lead the Operations team, ensuring objectives are met and performance is optimized.
- Manage budget oversight and monitor financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure effective planning, resource allocation, and maintenance management.
- Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor supplier performance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Implement policies for contract management to meet service standards.
- Ensure compliance with HSEEQ standards.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 12-15 years of operations management experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Maintenance and Facilities Management is essential.
