Join IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Telephone Operator!We are looking for a Telephone Operator who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home.
A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process incoming and outgoing calls accurately.
- Record and control wake-up calls accurately.
- Page guests in cooperation with concerned departments.
- Record all entries on the traffic sheet.
- Assist guests with international calls and directory queries.
- Call guests by name whenever possible.
- Page staff members when requested.
- Respect principles of guest privacy, no room numbers given out.
- Handle guest needs or requests and report complaints to the telephone supervisor.
What We Need from You:- Strong command in English language, both oral and written.
- Knowledge and ability to provide the best customer service.
- Good experience in delivering customer service.
- Knowledge in analyzing problems.
- Keen and attentive to details.
- Ability to communicate well with different kinds of customers.
- Knowledge of telephone and computer applications.
