Key Responsibilities:- Sales Management: Assist in setting targets and motivate the sales staff to meet sales targets.
- Market Insights: Gather information on sales channels and competitor activities to share with management.
- Replenishment Management: Oversee the Replenishment program, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Key Accounts Management: Maintain relationships with Modern Trade and Wholesale customers.
- Journey Planning: Optimize daily routes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Control: Monitor product shelf life and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate and establish sales to new clients.
- Credit Management: Implement credit policies and manage receivables.
- Team Development: Train new recruits and enhance the skills of current staff.
- Administration: Ensure accurate data management and reporting.
Qualifications:- Minimum high school diploma; vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance preferred.
- 5 years of Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and people management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Minimum age of 22 years and physically fit.
