- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
