Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management efforts.
  • Lead the Saudization strategy, ensuring compliance with Nitaqat and nationalization programs.
  • Liaise with HRDF and government on subsidies and development programs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to optimize new hire productivity and implement performance management processes.
  • Champion a culture that aligns with the company values and promotes employee engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi labor laws and manage audits and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Postgraduate or HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with finance.
  • Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in construction/engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and visa/work permit processes.
  • Proficiency in HR software (SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong experience with KPI-based performance management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
