Position: Receptionist (Laundry Store)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and register orders accurately.
- Handle digital inquiries (phone/WhatsApp/messages) professionally and promptly.
- Operate cashier and POS, issue invoices, and process payments.
- Coordinate closely with production managers and staff to track orders and delivery timelines.
- Update customers on order status and handle feedback/complaints with professionalism.
- Manage item receiving and handover (tagging, counting, packaging, and delivery confirmation).
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and accurate records.
- Follow service quality standards and keep customer information confidential.
Requirements
- Arabic fluency is a must (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- POS/cashier experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp and basic computer/data entry.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Based in Jeddah.
