This position is essential in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.
- Track project costs and resource allocation.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in project management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred:- PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
- PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
- Experience in a multi-project environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
