Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Supply Chain Excellence Senior ManagerIn this executive role, you will lead and drive the Supply Chain Department towards continuous development and deployment of best-in-class practices. Your primary responsibility will be maximizing business alignment between all stakeholders through improved collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the integration of supply chain strategies across various functions within the organization.
- Manage the execution of the supply chain strategy with all project parties.
- Design training procedures for the supply chain team in alignment with best practices.
- Encourage 'best-practice' sharing through structured meetings and workshops.
- Oversee the development of sustainable supply chain improvements in various operational areas.
- Facilitate the certification process for supply chain sub-departments.
Work Environment:Indoors: 70%, Outdoors: 30%
Working Days: 5
Days off: 2
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
Qualifications:- BSc Degree in relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a relevant industry.
- CSCP, PMP, and SCOR certifications preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
