• Recruiting, training, and developing your team.
• Addressing guest queries promptly and efficiently.
• Working within budgeted guidelines for food and payroll.
• Maximizing sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to develop innovative menus.
• Conducting monthly stock takes and ensuring efficient team performance.
• Setting departmental objectives, budgets, and policies.
• Evaluating guest satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Management and/or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage.
• Proven ability to meet financial objectives.
• Compliance with Food and Beverage brand standards.
• Excellent grooming standards and ability to work under pressure.
• A desire to develop both team members and self.
• Flexibility in responding to various work situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant area.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
