Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze monthly reporting of Joiners & Leavers.
- Enhance and optimize existing processes to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide input for the implementation of Oracle HCM.
- Develop and standardize onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Create and manage SLA documents and workflows.
Operational Duties:- Welcome new joiners and offer exceptional customer service as the frontline representative.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth experiences.
- Coordinate with payroll team for timely payroll updates.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback for improvement.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance across systems.
