Join Lely New Zealand Limited as a Warehouse Operator! This role offers flexible part-time hours and is based in our Hamilton office. As the Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of our warehouse operations and administrative functions.
What You'll Be Doing:- Ensuring all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods are carried out accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels and movements.
- Assist with the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse and administrative processes.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
- Preferable current working knowledge with complex ERP system (Infor M3 preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hold a valid forklift license.
