- Handle all food transfers from the bakery to other areas, ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with other sections regarding requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
- Check daily bakery requirements for functions, buffets, and last-minute events.
- Ensure top hygiene standards within the bakery section.
Qualifications and Experiences:You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course, along with prior experience in the bakery section and strong culinary skills. Proficiency in English and a proven track record in pastry preparation, presentation, and preservation is essential.
