Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance and installation, servicing of all HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine repairs and maintenance on client sites.
• Operate and maintain exhaust fans, heaters, and humidifiers.
• Check and clean air-conditioning switches and controls.
• Document daily routines of HVAC equipment and client service requests.

Specific Duties Include:

• Overhauling centrifugal chillers and performing troubleshooting.
• Modifying and repairing control circuits.
• Conducting retubing of evaporators and condensers.
• Performing minor and major services on chillers and conducting leakage tests.
• Starting up and commissioning screw and reciprocating chillers.
