تُعلن شركة مقاولات رائدة عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى:
🔹 مدير مشتريات – Procurement Manager
📍 مكان العمل: مدينة جدة – مقر الشركة

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• إدارة جميع عمليات المشتريات والتوريد الخاصة بالمشاريع.
• وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لتأمين احتياجات المشاريع من المواد والموردين.
• التفاوض مع الموردين والمقاولين لضمان أفضل الأسعار والجودة.
• مراجعة واعتماد أوامر الشراء والعقود.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الهندسية والمشاريع لتلبية احتياجاتهم في الوقت المحدد.
• متابعة أداء الموردين وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والمواعيد.
• تطوير سياسات وإجراءات المشتريات بما يتوافق مع أنظمة الشركة وأنظمة العمل.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالمشتريات والتكاليف.

الشروط والمتطلبات:
• يفضّل أن يكون سعودي الجنسية.
• أن يكون المؤهل بكالوريوس هندسة (ميكانيكية أو كهربائية).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المشتريات.
• يفضّل أن تكون الخبرة داخل شركات مقاولات.
• يفضّل من لديه خبرة في مشاريع الانشاء
• معرفة ممتازة بإجراءات المشتريات والعقود وإدارة الموردين.
• مهارات تفاوض وتحليل قوية.
• إجادة استخدام برامج المشتريات وأنظمة الـ ERP وبرامج الأوفيس.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة فرق العمل بفعالية.
• قادر على الانضمام فورًا.

Role Definition and Mission
The Purchasing Manager ensures the effective management, compliance, and strategic development of the Resort’s procurement activities, aligned with the established standards and guidelines. The role involves overseeing and implementing the Resort’s purchasing structure in collaboration with external suppliers and internal departments, under supervision of the Finance Director. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, supplier integrations, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with central procurement policies.

Requirements
  • At least three years’ experience in international hotels.
  • Proficient in purchasing procedures and contract signing.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent team player with a passion for building morale.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all purchasing requirements for the Health Resort, ensuring full compliance with the Purchasing Policy.
  • Prepare and process import declarations and licenses.
  • Liaise with government departments for clearance and inspections.
  • Regularly review supplier contracts for competitive pricing.
  • Analyze market trends to maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with other departments for quality products at the best prices.
  • Ensure proper completion and approval of purchase order requests.
  • Select suppliers based on various compliance factors.
  • Place purchase orders for timely delivery.
  • Source unavailable items from regular suppliers.
