Key Responsibilities:- Inbound Operations:
- Oversee accurate processing of inbound shipments.
- Inspect incoming stock for quality and condition.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for discrepancies and vendor returns.
- Outbound Operations:
- Supervise order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Resolve errors proactively.
- Ensure packing standards are met, especially for fragile items.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage stock movement with full traceability.
- Lead cycle counts and stock audits.
- Prepare inventory reports for decision-making.
- Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery:
- Plan driver routes for efficiency.
- Supervise dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor last-mile KPIs and manage exceptions.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage large teams of warehouse staff.
- Create effective staff schedules for productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement and team development.
