Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls within 3 rings, utilizing the company's standard greeting and following the reservation script to handle inquiries about hotel accommodations and facilities.
- Process reservations promptly and accurately in the property management system, ensuring all modifications and cancellations are handled correctly and in line with operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate transaction records regarding special requirements, reservations requests, and amenities.
- Stay updated on hotel facilities, promotions, and any changes that may affect bookings.
- Engage in ongoing training and participate in programs to enhance service delivery and revenue generation.
- Operate safely and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
