At Baraya Extended Care, we are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Specialist to ensure that our healthcare services meet established quality and safety standards. Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational staff to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Lead and provide training to staff on quality improvement practices.
  • Monitor patient safety initiatives and report any adverse events.
  • Participate in accreditation and regulatory audits.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and ensure adherence to internal policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance within the healthcare sector.
  • Preferred certification in Quality Management (CPHQ or CQIA).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality frameworks.
  • Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
