Job Responsibilities:

Identify new opportunities and bring projects and contracts to the company.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build strategic relationships with clients and government entities.
Develop and implement business plans to increase profits and growth.
Enhance workflow and improve business operational efficiency.
Prepare competitive proposals and negotiate until closing deals.
Monitor the market and competitors and provide suggestions for process improvement.
Represent the company professionally at meetings and events.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development/sales (preferably in the same field).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to attract clients and generate revenue.
Leadership qualities, initiative-taking, and accountability for results.
Excellent communication skills and extensive professional relationships.
Ability to prepare plans, reports, and presentations.
Valid driving license and a car.
Proficiency in English.
