Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all sales targets are met, both short and long term.
  • Implement company plans and recommend improvements for business growth.
  • Update databases to measure performance against business objectives.
  • Forecast sales volume for various areas and channels.
  • Lead and motivate your sales team to respond to local challenges effectively.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to align action plans with sales priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and Key Wholesalers.

Required Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • No travel restrictions.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • University degree.
