Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all sales targets are met, both short and long term.
- Implement company plans and recommend improvements for business growth.
- Update databases to measure performance against business objectives.
- Forecast sales volume for various areas and channels.
- Lead and motivate your sales team to respond to local challenges effectively.
- Conduct monthly meetings to align action plans with sales priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributors and Key Wholesalers.
Required Qualifications:- 6-8 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- No travel restrictions.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- University degree.
