Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety aspects are handled according to company and local safety standards.
  • Manage calendars for site leadership and schedule meetings.
  • Assist with report generation and document preparation using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Utilize SAP for travel management and purchase requisitions.
  • Coordinate team events and manage support service contracts.
  • Supervise company car needs and ensure the office environment is clean and maintained.
Qualifications:
  • 2-year diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in an Administrative Assistant role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management and safety principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP.
