Join Eram Talent as an Administrative Assistant! As a reputable talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth functioning of our daily operations by managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for receiving corporate guests and visitors.
  • Classify, consolidate, and summarize documents and information, maintaining records according to standard procedures.
  • Compile regular reports for management using standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees to exchange relevant information.
  • Adhere to all operational, safety, quality, and environmental control procedures to maintain consistency and safety.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration or Office Management.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 2 years in document processing, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
  • Experience working with high-ranking officials is advantageous.
