About the Role
As a Production Supervisor at Guardian Industries, you will drive a positive team culture while fulfilling supervisory responsibilities. You will ensure smooth plant operations across shifts, engage team members, and transform the operational vision into actionable results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead an operational team in a safe and efficient manner, focused on advancing the vision, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Build a high-performing team by understanding individual capabilities and utilizing them to maximize team value.
  • Promote safety excellence by encouraging employee involvement and accountability to eliminate hazards.
  • Facilitate team development, communication, and problem-solving to foster employee commitment.
  • Monitor product quality and guide crew members to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure the individual performance development cycle is applied.
  • Meet or exceed KPI goals through effective process improvement.
  • Work in a shift rotation of 12 hours, day and night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in glass production (float line or coating line) is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility.
