Your Role:
Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Production Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This position will be responsible for advancing culture among the team members by effectively playing the role of Supervisor. Your focus will be on achieving smooth plant operations, engaging team members, and driving operations vision into action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead an operational team of 7-8 operators safely and efficiently, driving vision advancement, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Build a high-performing team by understanding individual capabilities and maximizing value creation.
  • Facilitate team skill development, communication, problem-solving, and accountability.
  • Monitor product quality and direct team members to enhance efficiency.
  • Assure safety excellence through active employee involvement and training.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and ensure the application of individual performance development cycles.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in glass production (Semiconductor, Automotive, Coating line).
