Join Aramco as a Project Management Specialist!
Aramco, a leading name in the global energy industry, is seeking qualified candidates to join our Joint Venture Projects Support Division (JVPS) under the Fuels Strategy & Capital Planning Department (FS&CPD). This division plays a crucial role in overseeing and supporting Aramco affiliate projects within the Downstream Fuels portfolios.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct project execution capability assessments or project health check assessments for joint venture projects and present findings to project sponsors.
  • Analyze project performance and communicate results to project teams and sponsors.
  • Prepare detailed reports analyzing project progress at various stages.
  • Facilitate project risk analyses.
  • Collect and analyze lessons learned from projects.
  • Provide project management consultation in best practices and procedures to project teams.
  • Review and analyze project economics, governance, organization setup, execution strategy, cost estimating, scheduling, contracting, procurements, and risk management.
  • Support the development of business plans, project feasibility studies, and technical developments.
  • Analyze claims and advise on negotiation strategies.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized program; master’s degree preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 10 years as a project or construction engineer.
  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (or equivalent) is a must.
  • Experience with mega projects in refineries, petrochemicals, or infrastructure industries.
  • Proficient in developing project scope, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Knowledge of modularization and stick-built construction processes.
  • Familiarity with project engineering practices, governance, evaluation, cost estimating, planning, scheduling, and technical development.
  • Able to thrive in an international business environment with a cross-cultural professional approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
