Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join Precision Engineering group and lead and expand our gasket product sales across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales leadership, and solid technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow gasket product sales within the KSA market.
  • Manage and nurture key customer accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively expand market presence.
  • Drive sales performance and provide leadership, support, and direction to the sales team.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
  • Previous experience in handling major clients such as ARAMCO and SABIC is essential, including familiarity with their procurement processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in industrial or gasket-related products.
  • Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma or Degree) Required.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
