Join Our Team as a Sales Manager
We are Petroraq Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd., a leading EPC and project management company dedicated to delivering high-quality construction solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be key in developing and coaching the sales team while setting ambitious targets. The role involves direct engagement with clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members.
  • Set and monitor quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new markets.
  • Prepare performance reports and monitor team progress.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of sales experience in Engineering, EPC, or Construction industry, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Saudi construction and EPC markets.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) is an advantage.
