We are Petroraq Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd., a leading EPC and project management company dedicated to delivering high-quality construction solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members.
- Set and monitor quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new markets.
- Prepare performance reports and monitor team progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of sales experience in Engineering, EPC, or Construction industry, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction and EPC markets.
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) is an advantage.
