Position Overview
Saken Company is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a key role in promoting Saken’s residential compounds, engaging with prospective clients, and ensuring a seamless leasing and sales process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to represent Saken as the preferred partner for individuals, families, and corporations seeking housing solutions in Jubail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
    • Identify and engage prospective tenants, corporate clients, and relocation agencies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in multinational corporations and local businesses.
    • Conduct property tours and highlight the features, amenities, and services that differentiate Saken.
  • Sales & Leasing Execution
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing and sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver customized proposals to corporate clients.
    • Assist clients through the entire leasing process, from inquiry to contract signing.
  • Market Research & Reporting
    • Track competitor offerings, market pricing, and customer preferences.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and occupancy trends.
    • Suggest strategies to improve Saken’s positioning in the corporate housing market.
  • Customer Service & After-Sales Support
    • Ensure high satisfaction for new residents and corporate partners.
    • Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
    • Collaborate with operations and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless move-in experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or corporate housing (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English).
  • Professional presentation and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the Jubail housing/real estate market is a plus.

  • Minimum 610 years of experience in welding engineering, with at least 35 years in a managerial role within heavy steel fabrication or EPC environments.
  • Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API).
  • Proven experience in pressure vessel, structural steel, and piping fabrication.
  • Certification in CSWIP 32, AWS-CWI, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and welding documentation platforms.
