We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills to manage documents and ensure compliance with policies. Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing physical and electronic documents, including scanning, indexing, and archiving.
  • Ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies.
  • Managing leave requests and balances in the SAP system.
  • Entering data into SAP accurately, including invoices and purchase orders.
  • Organizing documents for easy retrieval and version control.
  • Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining document control procedures.
  • Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Providing administrative support to project managers and team members.
  • Using the SAP system and document management systems efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Background in related industries such as Automotive, Tools, Chemicals, MROs, etc.
  • Motivated to drive sales growth within the designated region.
  • Clean driving license and ability to travel locally.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and a winning mentality.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
