Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute the growth of the management system division across the region.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  • Set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in consulting, public safety, and certification industries is mandatory.
