Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor!
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As part of our family, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Assign daily duties and inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
  • Train, coach, and support housekeeping colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor inventory and request housekeeping supplies as needed.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for repairs.
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, performance reviews, and administrative tasks.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
