Join Kempinski Hotels as a Housekeeping Supervisor!
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations in our luxurious Al Khobar hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and control the work assignments of both supervisory and non-supervisory staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Inspect Public Areas and Floors for cleanliness and maintenance, focusing particularly on *** and repeated guest rooms.
Collaborate with other sections of the Housekeeping Department and maintain effective communication with other Departments.
Assist in recruitment, performance management, and training of housekeeping staff.
Conduct monthly training sessions for team members to address identified training needs.
Schedule routine inspections of all housekeeping areas, including occupied and non-occupied rooms.
Monitor the usage of amenities and cleaning supplies to comply with budgetary requirements.
Support the implementation of health and safety standards for both employees and guests.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet the hotel's operational requirements.
