We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Coordinator to join our team in the real estate sector. This role is vital in planning and executing a variety of events that promote our brand and engage our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events including property launches, client appreciation gatherings, and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked accurately.
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors, sponsors, and participants.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and oversee the setup and breakdown of events.
  • Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to promote events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continuously enhance event offerings.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
