Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage and implement advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
• Analyze performance daily to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly reports regarding client acquisition, cost per client, and platform performance.

Technical Skills Required:
• Proficiency in managing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads.
• Understanding of different campaign types: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM Tracking, and Conversion Tracking.
• Ability to read data and make daily decisions.

Performance Optimization:
• Conduct A/B Testing on ads, audience segments, and landing pages to improve CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
• Build Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences, including Retargeting strategies.

Marketing Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, particularly in real estate.
• Ability to write compelling hooks and ads that convert potential clients.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce high-converting creative ads.

Experience Required:
• A minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, preferably with a background in real estate.
• Proficient in CRM systems and linking campaigns to leads.
• Experience with managing landing pages and automation tools (*, Zapier).
• Fluent in English.
