This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our CEO and play a crucial part in the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CEO in day-to-day activities.
  • Organize company activities and meetings for the CEO.
  • Manage phone calls and ensure participation in important meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO and staff.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive and employees.
  • Prepare memos, reports, and correspondences while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support HR with training and employee evaluation processes.
  • Keep manpower reports current and assist in recruitment processes.
  • Prepare meeting documents for the Audit and Risk Committee.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and manage logistics services.
  • Record minutes for meetings and coordinate employee gatherings.
  • Assist in sales, operations, finance, HR, and marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
  • Proficiency in office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
