Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

Collaborate with the HR department to craft effective HR policies.
Develop and execute HR management strategies across recruitment and training.
Monitor and report HR developments and achievements.
Work with maintenance teams to evaluate HR strategies.
Oversee employee performance appraisals and training sessions.

Education & Experience
You should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or Business Administration, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in various HR functions including organizational development and staffing.
