Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with the HR department to craft effective HR policies.
  • Develop and execute HR management strategies across recruitment and training.
  • Monitor and report HR developments and achievements.
  • Work with maintenance teams to evaluate HR strategies.
  • Oversee employee performance appraisals and training sessions.

Education & Experience
You should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or Business Administration, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in various HR functions including organizational development and staffing.

  • Proven leadership capability in substantial organizations.
  • Ability to function under pressure and resolve issues.
