Job Purpose
Your role will encompass developing staffing strategies, retention policies, and engagement plans. You will also focus on leadership development and performance management to uplift employee satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with the HR department to craft effective HR policies.
  • Develop and execute HR management strategies across recruitment and training.
  • Monitor and report HR developments and achievements.
  • Work with maintenance teams to evaluate HR strategies.
  • Oversee employee performance appraisals and training sessions.

Education & Experience
You should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or Business Administration, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in various HR functions including organizational development and staffing.

Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills and well-organized.
  • Proven leadership capability in substantial organizations.
  • Ability to function under pressure and resolve issues.
  • Strategic mindset and openness to new ideas.
