We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of our marketing and brand strategy across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This position plays a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, reputation, and lead generation, while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the annual KSA brand strategy, localizing corporate guidelines across positioning and messaging.
  • Ensure brand integrity through governance and audits.
  • Manage the development of high-impact marketing materials and track brand performance.
  • Deliver annual internal communications plans in line with business priorities.
  • Govern internal channels to enhance engagement and improve performance.
  • Build and manage integrated marketing plans including audience strategy and budget.
  • Define and execute digital strategies to optimize performance.
  • Support network expansion through integrated campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or public relations (Master’s preferred).

Experience & Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing and communications with senior-level project ownership.
• Solid background in communications, including media relations.
• Strong expertise in marketing strategy, audience segmentation, KPIs, and budget management.
