Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage operation activities for waste offloading, storage, and preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Lead the operation and maintenance workforce; set priorities and maximize operational objectives.
- Develop and manage operation and maintenance budgets.
- Participate in staffing, training, and employee recruitment for the team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operating reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Environmental.
- 810 years of experience in hazardous waste or chemical processing industry.
- Experience with incineration is required.

Personal Attributes:
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
