Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures, including data entry and payment processing.
  • Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle reservations efficiently, making adjustments as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate to management as necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Use hotel reservation systems to maintain accurate guest records.
  • Adhere to security protocols to verify guest identities.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, providing prompt responses to inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality is a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good command of English.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations preferred.
  • A private car and residence near the Narges neighborhood are advantageous.
  • Dedication to work with full commitment.
