What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and lead the strategy for Panel Builders channel growth in KSA.
  • Define and implement strategies to drive channel effectiveness and achieve country targets.
  • Manage partner agreements coordinating with legal, marketing, and country organization.
  • Utilize commercial dashboards for performance assessments and implement improvement actions.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of the pipeline with panel builders in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Analyze market intelligence, competitor behavior, and conduct SWOT analysis.
  • Engage early with panel builders to maximize project opportunities.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to meet targeted segments.
  • Coordinate commercial support with sales and pricing teams for project-specific needs.
  • Act as Eaton's Project Manager for major projects executed by panel builders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 710 years minimum experience in leading Panel Builders channel business in KSA or the region.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of LV Switchgear and project execution.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Willing to travel frequently within KSA.
  • Proven project management skills.

  • Valid driver’s license.
